1.Receiving test report
1.1 After test report is done,our sales department will confirm whether the test fee is wholly paid or not.If not,we will inform clients to pay as soon as possible.If test fee is paid,we will inform clients to come to get the report.
1.2 Clients can only get report at accepting hall of business department with"Medical devices inspection letter of authorization".If the letter is lost,recipient can only get report with referral letter of his company or copy of his ID card.
1.3 If report is required to be posted because the clients are in other licalities and they could not come to get the report,clients should tell and leave postal address when then are informed to get report by staff of sales department.The report should be posted as express delivery letter.
2.Receiving test sample(or redundant sample)
2.1 After test is done,inspector will go through procedures of putting samples back into library in accordance with related regulations.And then staff in sales departmenrt will inform clients to come to get samples(or redundant samples);
2.2 Clients are ought to go through procedures of receiving samples (redundant samples) at accepting hall of sales department taking with "sample form"stamped with their official seal.If "sample form"is lost,recipient can only get report with referral letter of his company or copy of his ID card.
2.3 After clients get notification,they should come to get samples as soon as possible,There will be six weeks for them to get samples(or redundant samples)since the day report issued.If they fail to get samples within the limit time,it is deemed to abandon samples themselves.We are entitled to dispose these samples.
